Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of data:
• Personal identification data: name and email address, provided when your audit session is created. • Business process data: company name, industry, department information, tools and software used, business process descriptions, and workflow details, provided by you during the audit. • Technical data: browser language preference.
Purposes of Processing
Your data is processed for the following purposes:
• To manage and conduct the business process audit session. • To analyse your business processes and generate optimisation recommendations. • To generate ROI analysis and process flow reports. • To send you the completed audit report via email.
Legal Basis
We process your data based on:
• Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): processing your business data to provide the audit service you have requested. • Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR): where you provide your email address for receiving the audit report.
Recipients
Your data may be shared with the following service providers, solely for the purpose of delivering the service:
• Railway, Inc. — infrastructure hosting. • Vercel, Inc. — frontend hosting. • Anthropic, PBC — AI processing for analysis and recommendations. • Resend, Inc. — email delivery for audit reports.
No data is sold to third parties.
Data Retention
• Audit session data: retained for 90 days after session completion, then automatically deleted. • Email addresses: retained only for the purpose of delivering the audit report. • Generated reports: retained for 90 days to allow re-download.
International Transfers
Some service providers (Railway, Vercel, Anthropic, Resend) may process data in the United States. These transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR and LOPDGDD, you have the right to:
• Access your personal data. • Rectify inaccurate data. • Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”). • Restrict processing. • Data portability. • Object to processing.
